Nationwide, Premier’s employees thousands of hours of their time to important causes and to supporting their communities. Premier encourages and supports its employees in this regard by organizing wonderful volunteer opportunities through its partnership with Giving Hope, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing lives of those who are most desperately in need of our help. In addition, Premier makes it possible for all employees to get involved because Premier gives every employee one day each year paid time off to volunteer with a non-profit organization of the employee’s choosing. Premier strongly believes in serving not just its own customers, but also our communities and prides itself on having amazing employees who want to do the same.
How does Premier Help its employees reach their full potential and recognize employees who regularly strive for and seek improvement?
Premier provides ongoing training opportunities and incentives to its employees through its Premier University, which is an online platform that provides guided learning content specific to particular position within the company. Premier also encourages employees to utilize emerging technologies to improve productivity and thereby compensation. For example, Premier trains and supports it sales staff to create and use digital business cards and effectively use social media and video marketing techniques to increase their sales productivity. Likewise, Premier encourages and pays its technicians to attend training classes offered by manufacturers and financially rewards those who obtain their master certifications. Premier Provides its finance managers with tips and guidelines for maintaining compliance with the financial rules and regulations, including access to online finance training, while also implementing successful sales techniques. Premier also hosts meeting regaularly to train its manager on the newest products, techniques, and industry standards.
More importantly, Premier believes strongly that anyone can become the best in their profession and encourage the promotion of managers from within the organization and offers mentoring programs to employees who are looking to grow into management positions.
